Power strips in the currently licensed space by brown chair is accessible to children. Upstairs in the new requested licensed space there is tv cording, cables, and other equipment cording that will be accessible to children. Powerstrip with surge protector in the upstairs requested additional space is accessible to children as well. Sliding door upstairs in the new requested licensed spaces was observed to not have visuals on the sliding door at children's level. Secure kitchenette in main child care space. Outlet by the restroom sink does not appear to be tamper resistant but is GFCI. Outlet will need to be changed out or can be covered with a blank face plate.
